1. These rules may be amended by notification at any time during the Competition, and will be interpreted by Promoter only. Participation by all entrants ("Participants") constitutes acceptance of these rules.
2. The Competition begins on 25 September 2012 and ends 30 April 2013 and is running in participating outlets nationally.
3. Entry is only valid upon purchase of any Mitchum product.
4. This competition is valid only in South Africa and open to everyone except employees of Revlon South Africa, their agencies, sales agents/merchandisers, packaging suppliers and their immediate families.
5. Entry is done through SMSing the last four digits of the barcode as seen on the Mitchum product purchased to 33033.
6. Your code may only be entered once per variant/product/format of Mitchum purchased.
7. Charges for SMS messages to enter contest: R1.50 per SMS.
8. Free SMS's do not apply.
9. The first entries drawn will receive the prizes as indicated, in the event of the person being unavailable or not contactable; the next entry drawn will receive the prize and so on.
10. Prize receipt is only valid upon presentation of proof of purchase of any Mitchum product.
11. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The winners will be notified telephonically 28 days after close of campaign.
13. The Mitchum prizes are limited to the winners only.
14. The "Island Holiday" prize is limited to the winner and one accompanying person only.
15. For the "Island Holiday" prize, the winner and their one accompanying person need to be travelling from one destination within the Republic of South Africa.
16. The "Island Holiday" prize consists of flights, accommodation and a basic daily allowance for amenities for the winner and their one accompanying person.
17. Winners must be over the age of 18 years, a South African resident and in possession of valid identification documents that they will need to provide as certified proof of identification.
18. Winner must be available for the prize timeframe as specified by Revlon upon telephonic notification.
19. The prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for their cash value.
20. The total amount of all the Mitchum prizes is valued at R 350,000.00 and is not transferrable to cash.
21. Winners must be prepared to be photographed and appear on TV or any other media as part of the PR for the Mitchum campaign and must grant Revlon the right to use images, statements and information about the winners for Revlon's advertising, marketing and promotional purposes.
22. The competition closes on 30 April 2013.
23. No late entries will be accepted.
24. All Participants and Winners indemnify Revlon, its associated companies (directors, officers and employees) and agents, against any / all claims for any loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever connected to or arising from their participation in any way in this Competition.
25. All prize pictures depict representations of actual prizes.
